TRAFFIC- No traffic incidents to tell you about this morning. Buckle up and drive safely as you head out on the roads today.

WEATHER- Patchy fog before 9 am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 83.

LOCAL NEWS- Hundreds of teachers showed up at the Capitol yesterday to protest Governor Jindal's tenure and voucher proposals. Lawmakers are considering a bill to make it a felony if someone fails to report sexual abuse of a child. Right now failure to report is a misdemeanor. Also, Convergys announced 300 layoffs at their call center on Florida Blvd and says they will be stopping operations at the center in May of this year.
