STORMTRACKER33 — The opportunity has come and gone for Invest 94L to develop into the first tropical depression of the season.  It is encountering far too much wind shear, and will be entering an area where conditions don't appear favorable for development at all.  Right now it's just an area of disorganized thunderstorms.  This system could actually move into the Gulf and provide beneficial rainfall for parts of the Gulf Coast.  We will continue to track it, but at this point NHC says there is only a 10% chance of tropical cyclone formation over the next 48 hours.
