Tropical Storm Vance, located to the east-northeast of Socorro
Island.

1. Showers and thunderstorms have decreased in association with
an area of low pressure located a few hundred miles south of
Manzanillo, Mexico. Significant development of this system is not
expected due to strong upper-level winds.

merges with another frontal system.
