STORMTRACKER33 — Strong High Pressure remains in place over the north central Alantic Ocean. Not unusal, normal called the Bermuda High. This high is keeping Tropical Waves moving west much farther South. If a Tropical Waves are to far south in Lattitude than the development is not likely. The Tropical Waves this year have been moving westward through the Atlantic and inot the Caribbean. Keep in mind this Upperair pattern changes but has presisted longer this year. This would aid in the in a westward movment of Tropical Waves or Tropical Cyclones.
