A Denham Springs teen is battling Leukemia for the second time. Gabe Hilliard is 16 and a Junior at Denham Springs High School. He has Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. For the rest of this year, Gabe and his mother, Jenni, will live at St. Jude Hospital in Memphis. There, Gabe will receive state of the art care.

It takes nearly $1.5 million a day to run St. Jude and patients never see a bill. so when Gabe's sister and her Tiger Cheer team wanted to help out, they knew just who to cheer for.

Saturday they are having a special fundraiser during the LSU v. Auburn game. It starts at 12:30 p.m. at Tiger Cheer on North Flannery in Baton Rouge. There will be fun activities for the kids, food and the football game on a big screen. Tickets are $10 at the door, or $5 by registering at http://www.tigercheerbr.com.

All of the money will go to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
