One Teen Dead, Another in Jail After Fatal Stabbing Saturday

One teen is dead and another is charged with manslaughter after a fatal stabbing Saturday evening.
Police say 18 year old India Hickman stabbed 15 year old Eltonique Clark in the neck during a fight at around 6pm.
