BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Southern University may have found the right man for their vacant athletic director position.

The Board of Supervisors Athletics Committee will hold a special meeting tomorrow afternoon to approve the recommendation of William Broussard.

Broussard, 33, Louisiana native was the Athletic Director at Centenary College in Shreveport before resigning last month.

If approved the hire would have to go to the full board at their monthly meeting March 30.
