Super Bowl 46 gets 2.1 million online viewers

NBC NATIONAL NEWS — This year's Super Bowl was the first to be streamed live on the on the Internet.
2.1 million viewers streamed the game, which makes it the most-watched sporting event in the history of the Internet.
A record 111.3 million viewers watched the game on television.
Verizon provided a mobile webcast as well.
The commercials were optional and the halftime show was not available online.
