Mario Manningham signs two-year deal with 49ers

NBC NATIONAL NEWS — Former New York Giants receiver, free-agent Mario Manningham, signed a two-year deal with the San Francisco 49ers yesterday, Saturday, March 17.
Manningham, who made the unbelievable catch in the game-winning drive for the Giants in Super Bowl 46 against the Patriots, agreed to the deal with San Francisco after a day of negotiations with the St. Louis Rams.
The Super Bowl champion visited the 49ers compound on Thursday before talking to St. Louis.
The 25-year-old made 39 receptions for 523 yards and four touchdowns in the regular season.
Manningham will join a receiving corps that includes Randy Moss, Michael Crabtree, Kyle Williams and Joe Hastings.
