BATON ROUGE, LA — The first bit of bad news in quite some time regarding the New Orleans Hornets came Monday. That's when it was announced that their No. 1 draft pick Anthony Davis suffered a sprained left ankle while working out with the team at their practice facility.

According to team officials his status to resume workouts is day to day. Davis was scheduled to work out for Team USA later this week.

His status to work out for the team is questionable.
