Arkansas football coach Bobby Petrino injured in motorcycle crash
NBC NATIONAL NEWS — Arkansas football coach Bobby Petrino has been injured in a motorcycle crash.
Arkansas State Police officials have said that Petrino was riding a motorcycle Sunday, April 1, in the evening when it left the highway and crashed.
The accident happened on Highway 16 in Madison County about 20 miles from Fayetteville.
The coach was taken to a hospital in Washington County for treatment. His condition is unknown.
Petrino led the Razorbacks to an 11-2 record and a Cotton Bowl win over Kansas State. Prior to coaching Arkansas, Petrino was the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons. In addition, Petrino previously coached the Louisville Cardinals from 2003-2007.
