HOUSTON, Tx (NBC33) — Dismissed LSU star football player Tyrann Mathieu is now in phase two of his recovery program in Houston.

This second phase comes after seven days of phase one in rehab at the Right Step Recovery Center, according to a report by a New Orleans television station.

The report says Mathieu has changed his phone number in attempt to get cleaned up; phase two, however, allows for more contact with the outside world.
