Magee, Collins and Welter to represent LSU at SEC Media Days

BATON ROUGE, LA — LSU running back Terrence Mage, offensive lineman La'el Collins and linebacker D.J. Welter will join head Coach Les Miles at SEC Media Days on Wednesday July 16.
The three seniors will go through a series of television, print and radio interviews in Hoover, Alabama.
Magee finished second on the team with 626 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns in 2013 and played in all 13 games with no starts. He ran for 100-plus yards in three contests, racking up 108 yards versus Kent State and Furman and a career-high 149 yards against Texas A&M.
Collins played and started 12 games in 2013. He earned second team All-SEC honors from the SEC coaches. Collins, as a junior, played over 800 snaps and had 65 knockdowns.
Welter made 80 tackles and had two sacks last season. He was part of an LSU defense that ranked among the top 25 in the country. Welter had a career-best 11 tackles against Auburn in October.
Les Miles is entering his 10th year as the head coach at LSU.
