LSU-Southeastern Louisiana game suspended due to severe weather

The LSU-Southeastern Louisiana baseball game was suspended Friday night due to severe weather in the Baton Rouge area. The game was halted with no score in the bottom of the first inning.

The game will be resumed at 1 p.m. CT Sunday in Alex Box Stadium. Fans are asked to hold onto their Friday night tickets in order to be admitted to the stadium when play resumes Sunday.

Saturday’s slate of games will remain the same as originally scheduled. Southeastern Louisiana will meet BYU at 1 p.m. Saturday, and LSU will face BYU at 6 p.m. Saturday.

Admission is free to the Southeastern Louisiana-BYU game. The stadium will be cleared following the game, and fans will be admitted to the LSU-BYU game with the proper ticket.
