As game day gets closer for LSU, Tiger merchandise is flying off the shelves all across Baton Rouge.

Shirts, hats, pants, even socks. They've all been one of the hottest tickets in town for several weeks.

Many stores have brought in extra shipments of the stuff to keep up with the demand.

Stores already have boxes of LSU BCS Champions gear. Of course, it's not out yet.
Most stores are anticipating a win, and big influx of people looking for that gear. For example, Dick’s Sporting Goods says they’re staying open late on Monday, and plan to open early at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
As for game day, make sure to watch NBC33 News for our special called “Tigers on Target.” That will get started at 6:00 p.m. Team coverage will include live looks at everything happening all the way from the Red Stick to the Crescent City.

Online, NBC33 will have you covered all day. We will have continuous updates here on the NBC33 website, and added material on the NBC33 Facebook page.

Plus, if you’re out celebrating the big day, make sure to get all this on the geaux! Download our mobile app to watch clips from our special at the end of every segment. Then, use the mobile app to send us a picture or video clip. Your video or photo could end up on our broadcast.
