Many conversations around the Thanksgiving table tomorrow will no doubt include the discussion of the LSU Arkansas game on Friday.
The 2011 football season for the Tigers was filled with big time showdowns.
There is a lot riding on this last game of the regular season. Coach Les Miles says his team is ready to play no matter how high the stakes.
"This is a team that's done they've always rose to the level of competition and exceeded it, " said Miles, "...This lights camera and importance, and a game of significance. But it's just you know about 53 yards horizontal and about 100 yards vertical."

It's the last game for 25 senior Tiger players, and Miles says your last game is a powerful and emotional memory:"They're going to have to drop all the tears and stuff because they are fixing to play a football game."

One of the biggest debates this season was which senior quarterback to start. Miles says he wants both men on the field on Friday. "I would say I look forward to playing Jarett Lee in this game in every quarter. "

Miles says his team is full of star caliber players, but it's their humility that makes the difference on the field. "Their focus is not on them their focus is on the team and their contribution," said Miles, " We're as talented as any team and star leaded as any team with out the developed hoopla. "

In the end, Miles says there are still improvements his team needs to make, but the Tigers are ready for the battle for the boot. " I think we got better today, and I really like our plan. I think we are going to play well," said Miles.
