NEW ORLEANS, LA (NBC33) — As the kickoff gets closer, AT&T is trying to make sure your calls and texts get through on game day.

The company is doing that by beefing up wireless coverage in the city. They’re installing several antennas that send AT&T's wireless network coverage throughout the Superdome and Champion’s Square.

The increase will give ATT&T the ability to provide enhanced wireless coverage to customers in indoors or outdoors.

The additional capacity is expected to help improve call reliability and enable more consistent network access.
