NBC NATIONAL NEWS — Tens of thousands of people are pouring into Kentucky for this weekend's derby.

Even though the "most exciting two minutes in sports" doesn't happen until Saturday afternoon, the stands are already full.

The Kentucky Derby Undercard starts at 11:00 a.m. on the NBC Sports Network.

The Kentucky Derby Red Carpet Special begins tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. on NBC.
