3:30 -4:30 Press Conference, Upstairs at The Landing Restaurant
Public is welcome to attend the press conference upstairs at The Landing at 530 Front Street.

4:30 -8:30 p.m. -LaCap Kickoff Reception, The Landing Restaurant
Great food along with music from Steve Wells and the excitement of Bobby Hebert and Deke Bellavia’s
live broadcast of “SportsTalk with Bobby Hebert” on WWL/The Big 870 provide a wonderful kickoff to the
celebration. The Landing is located facing the fountain in Cane River Lake. Attire: casual slacks and golf
shirts for the gentlemen.

Friday, June 24

9:00 a.m. -Legends Huddle with the Kids, Natchitoches Boys & Girls Club
Hall of Fame Members and 2011 Inductees visit the Natchitoches Boys & Girls Club.

11:15 a.m. -3:30 p.m. -Tour of Natchitoches
Take a guided fun-filled visit around our community. The Tour includes lunch downtown at Merci
Beaucoup Restaurant, transportation, admission to Melrose Plantation, and the opportunity for shopping
with the many arts and crafts stores along Front Street. Space is limited to the first 25 registrants!
Participants will depart from the Holiday Inn Express lobby at 11:15 a.m. Sponsored by the Natchitoches
Convention and Visitors Bureau.

11:30 a.m. -The Encana/Hall of Fame Celebrity Pro-Am Golf Scramble, Oak Wing Golf Course, Alexandria,
Registration and lunch begin at 11:30, Introductions and Tee time at 1:00 p.m.

Join the Legends on the links! This lovely Jim Lipe-designed layout is part of Louisiana’s acclaimed
Audubon Golf Trail. Our $150 per player tournament entry fee includes tee gifts, apparel, outstanding
food and beverages throughout the day, range balls, cart and greens fee, hospitality, awards, and a
pairing with a great Louisiana sports figure as your celebrity captain. Teams of 5 or individual entries
welcome.

7:30 -10:30 p.m. -Hospitality, Best Western Conference Center
Enjoy food and refreshments at a casual come-when-you-can reception at one of our headquarter hotels!

Saturday, June 25

9:00 a.m. -“Championship Saturday” Kids Clinic, NSU Health and Human Performance Gym, 170 Tarlton Drive
Parents are invited to join their children as they learn from the champions about becoming “champions on
and off the field.” All attendees must wear gym sneakers and parents are encouraged to bring a camera.
Cost per child is $10. Advance registration is required. Sponsored by the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office.

5:00 p.m. -Reception, Registration and Silent Auction, Natchitoches Events Center, 750 Second Street
Come early, see portraits and memorabilia celebrating the 2011 inductees, bid on some exciting auction items and find your dinner seats in time for the Walk of Legends at 6:00 p.m. to begin our big night! Valet
Parking is available; tips appreciated.

6:00 p.m. -Induction Dinner and Ceremonies presented by Chesapeake Energy,
Natchitoches Events Center, 750 Second Street
$40 tickets must be purchased in advance -reservations due by June 21 or until sold out. Tables
of 8 can be reserved. Seating is available near the inductee of your choice -please let us know if you
have a preference! Attire: Coat and tie requested for the gentlemen.
