For a complete list visit http://www.whotostart.net.

Quarterbacks

1. Peyton Manning (vs. WAS): The Redskins are horrible against the pass, and Peyton is probably still seething after the loss to his former team. Expect a huge "bounce back" effort.
2. Matthew Stafford (vs. DAL): The Cowboys can't stop the pass (unless you're the Eagles) and Stafford will have a healthy Calvin Johnson and pair of pass-catching backs to chip away at the Dallas defense.
3. Drew Brees (vs. BUF): Comes back from the bye week to face one of the worst defenses in the NFL. Cha-ching.
4. Robert Griffin III (@DEN): Coming off his best game of the season thus far, this should be a shootout in every sense of the word.
5. Eli Manning (@PHI): Started to show a few signs of life against the Vikings and will have no issues throwing on the Eagles.
6. Michael Vick (vs. NYG): Back in the saddle and ready to show why he should remain the starter. Giant D can't stop anyone (but the Vikings).
7. Tony Romo (@DET): Could easily be the 2nd or 3rd best fantasy QB this week but we're guessing there'll be a couple INTs along with the TDs.
8. Cam Newton (@TBB): May only throw for 225 yards but is a shoo-in for a score and will also run the ball.
9. Ben Roethlisberger (@OAK): Should be his best fantasy effort of the season. Oakland won't present much of a pass rush and is average in the secondary.
10. Aaron Rodgers (@MIN): Fairly confident he'll throw for big yardage but this could be over early so the likelihood of more than 2 scores is small.

Running Backs (ppr)

1. Jamaal Charles (vs. CLE): Been the steadiest PPR RB this season and always comes with the potential to blow up. Good matchup here so it's possible he goes for 25+ PPR points.
2. LeSean McCoy (vs. NYG): Either makes a boatload of catches or very few. We're guessing he's catching a ton against the rag-tag bunch of defenders the Giants will throw out there.
3. Marshawn Lynch (@STL): If he's not in the coaching staff's doghouse, he'll run for 100+ and at least 1 score. Maybe by halftime.
4. Reggie Bush (vs. DAL): Dallas has enough trouble covering "regular" backs out of the backfield. How well do you think one of the best pass-catching RBs in the league will fare?
5. Eddie Lacy (@MIN): With Jermichael Finley done, Lacy will see even more work out of the backfield and could even see more carries. Lacy is in for a big game and a huge 2nd half of the season.
6. Frank Gore (@JAC): Should be a pre-season type of atmosphere for the Niner offense. Look for Gore to score at least time and approach 100 total yards.
7. Adrian Peterson (vs. GBP): AP should find more room to run this week with Ponder back under center, as strange as that may sound.
8. Fred Jackson (@NOS): If the Bills have any chance in this game, they'll have to attempt to control the ball by running Jackson and giving him a boatload of pops out of the backfield.
9. Darren Sproles (vs. BUF): Miniscule rushing yardage is likely, but at least 5 catches will keep him in the PPR discussion.
10. Knowshon Moreno (vs. WAS): This contest has blowout written all over it so Moreno could see limited 2nd half action.

Wide Receivers (ppr)

1. Calvin Johnson (vs. DAL): Should be very close to 100% if not already there, and faces a very soft defense that can be burned deep.
2. Wes Welker (vs. WAS): Welker should see double-digit targets this week and will haul a good majority of them in. And he's turned into a scoring threat.
3. DeSean Jackson (vs. NYG): Vick's back at QB and Jackson should reap the benefits of a steadier offense.
4. Demaryius Thomas (vs. WAS): May only catch 4 balls all game, but could approach 100 yards and score with those catches.
5 Jordy Nelson (@MIN): The Vikings have no one to cover Nelson. Expect him to be the focal point of the Packer passing attack this week.
6. Dez Bryant (@DET): Could easily finish in the top-3 in terms of fantasy production if he gets back into the end zone this week.
7. Antonio Brown (@OAK): The Raider secondary doesn't feature anyone that will be able to cover Brown one on one, and their coverage will be too slow to roll over.
8. A.J. Green (vs. NYJ): Not a fantastic matchup but you dont bench this guy.
9. Larry Fitzgerald (vs. ATL): Falcon secondary is banged up and despite the sore hammy, Fitz should find the seams in the defense and turn in a solid effort.
10. Josh Gordon (@KCC): Horrible matchup but the team may try showcasing him for a possible trade.

Tight Ends (ppr)

1. Tony Gonzalez (@ARI): Tampa dared the Falcons to throw to anyone other than the doubled Gonzo last week and got burned The Cards will play him straight up, and there's a reason they're dead last against opposing TEs.
2. Rob Gronkowski (vs. MIA): OK, so guess the guy's back. He'll have another week of practice under his belt and in-game timing issues should be solved now.
3. Jimmy Graham (vs. BUF): Careful here. He could either blow up or be used as a decoy or may not even play.
4. Jordan Reed (@DEN): We thought Jordan Cameron was the next Jimmy Graham, but it might be Reed.
5. Heath Miller (@OAK): Will snare plenty of Big Ben's darts against an overmatched defense.
6. Vernon Davis (@JAC): As the focal point of the Niner passing game, this should be an easy 80/1 for Davis.
7. Jason Witten (@DET): The guy just doesn't score but is almost guaranteed for 5/60 and will do better if it's a big-time shootout.
8. Tim Wright (vs. CAR): Slipped back into obscurity last week but should rebound against the Panthers.
9. Julius Thomas (vs. WAS): No one will be able to cover "Orange Julius". May only catch 4-5 balls but we're betting one will be for paydirt.
10. Brandon Pettigrew (vs. DAL): Is starting to become a more reliable target even with the emergence of Kris Durham.

Kickers

1. Mason Crosby (@MIN):
2. Matt Prater (vs. WAS):
3. David Akers (vs. DAL):
4. Stephen Gostkowski (vs. MIA)
5. Josh Brown (@PHI)
6. Dan Bailey (@DET)
7. Graham Gano (@TBB)
8. Kai Forbath (@DEN)
9. Alex Henery (vs. NYG)
10. Phil Dawson (@JAC)

Defense/Special Teams
1. Kansas City (vs. CLE)
2. Seattle (@STL)
3. San Francisco (@JAC)
4. Cincinnati (vs. NYJ)
5. Green Bay (@MIN)
6. New Orleans (vs. BUF)
7. Carolina (@TBB)
8. New England (vs. MIA)
9. Arizona (vs. ATL)
10. Philadelphia (vs. NYG)
