The Sheriff's sub station in Scotlandville is gearing up for a big back-to-school giveaway. Captain Frederick Thomas and his Deputies have spent every night this week stuffing 300 bags full of school supplies for kids in the area. Crayons, notebooks, rulers, paper and pencils are just some of the goodies included.

The giveaway is tomorrow at the BREC Park on Rafe Mayer Road from 10am to 1pm. Over 200 students received free supplies at the giveaway last year.
