Plan to revamp state sex offender website in full effect

Since the beginning of the year, State Police have been working closely with the Sheriff's offices and city police departments across the state. They are trying to keep the sex offender registry site accurate and updated frequently. State police say stricter sex offender laws have increased the number of offenders listed on the site from 7,000 to 9,000 offenders.
