What a shame. A more recent picture of the State Capitol would be more fitting for this article. The Capitol building is corroded from pollution and has not been cleaned in years. If you don’t believe me, go take a look. I have been photographing this building for over thirty years and I have never seen the outside as dirty as it is now.
