let me quess .officer i didnt see the bike.would he have pulled out in front of a 18 wheeler noway.they just dont care about bikes oh they can stop.it happens all the time when your on a bike.i stopped one time the guy started screaming at me?i am riding my bike he turned left in front of me and its my fault?
