One of the victims of this terrible crash was also 25, recently married and expecting his first child. This was his last load before going home for the holidays. Ronald Phelps, Jr. was a very loving man that will be greatly missed. Not only does my daughter (his wife) have to deal with this she is faced with the financial burden of trying to survive. As I grieve I can't help but be angry at the fact that she was notified by phone of his death.
