This situation would be hard for any parent to digest.
I had my child at Color Wheel Learning Center on Hwy 73, and they made all these promises that they did not follow through with. I felt i was lied to, my child did not get the quality of care or learning that they said she would get. The Assistant Directors were very caring and tried to help, to help and change the situation, but was unable to do so.
The other issue I had was the owner was never at the center and was never available.
