LIVINGSTON PARISH, La (NBC33) — Two men are behind bars after allegedly stealing two wheelbarrows and loading them with stolen items over several nights. Livingston Parish deputies say Paul Andrew Morgan, 25, and Joshua Carson, 25, are connected to approximately 16 crimes.
Uniform Patrol Deputies began an investigation in the Watson area when a homeowner surprised two thieves early Saturday morning. With help from the K-9 tracking team, deputies were able to track the men to their homes.
Deputies say they recovered more stolen items, such as electronic equipment, power tools, and yet another stolen wheelbarrow, at the suspect's homes. Both men have been charged with 11 Counts of Simple Burglary, 5 Counts of Misdemeanor Theft, and 1 Count of Possession of Stolen things.
