Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — Work on the Capitol City's newest casino has been delayed as the river levels continue to rise.
Construction on the dry side levee has been put on hold because of unusually high water levels already this time of year, and they won't start up work again until the river goes down.
Pinnacle now expects to have its grand opening in the summer of 2012.
