In Boston, a mother tells a judge she’s had enough! Rachel Falino, whose daughter was raped, says, “He’s a violator, he violated his parole! And all you can say is sorry to me?” Rachel Falino’s 7-year-old daughter was raped by George Canadyan, but when he got out of prison, the homeless shelter he moved into blocked the signals in his ankle bracelet so he was allowed to walk around the street for months undetected. Today a judge ordered him to abide by his parole.
Justice for a little girl sexually assaulted and abandoned in the Wisconsin woods in 1990. 39-year-old Michael Buchanan was charged with first-degree sex assault and child enticement. Police say Buchanan approached and abducted the 11-year-old girl after her bike chain broke. She was then dropped in a remote wooded area 20 miles away. Police matched Buchanan’s DNA to sperm found on the girl’s clothing. Wood County Sheriff Tom Reichert says, “We had a sample of his DNA from another case we had done in the ‘90s. Buchanan was actually looked at as a suspect in this case.” Buchanan could face 60 years in prison.

Drawbough was treated at the hospital for bite marks on his body and arms. Sun faces charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment, and unlawful restraint.
