April 17, 2011 — ST. FRANCISVILLE (NBC33) - The NBC 33 Morning Addition crew opened the Angola Prison Rodeo this weekend.
This rodeo is the longest running rodeo in the country, it's been going strong since 1965.
With all sorts of events, arts and crafts, and things to do, Warden Burl Cain says rodeo goers can expect a lot.
They can expect a wonderful show, a reasonable price, and good for children, and a fun time, and this is not a traditional rodeo. They could see some really interesting arts and crafts, something for everybody. " said Cain
