Napoleonville, La (NBC33) — Assumption Parish deputies say they've busted a "Shake and Bake" meth lab out in Napoleonville.
The Sheriff's office had been conducting some undercover operations in the area after getting calls from concerned neighbors.
Deputies say they walked into the house on Simmons Road and asked to look around; then, they saw ingredients used to make crystal meth.
Aside from the lab itself, they also found what was believed to be meth. All of this while a two year-old was asleep inside.
Garrett Wendt, 27, and Tammy Hohnesee, 27, are both in the assumption parish jail.
The two year-old child is safe with family members tonight.
