Pascagoula, MS (NBC33) — A strange story out of Pascagoula, MS. Early Wednesday afternoon, Pascagoula police were called out to a Hancock Bank where a man said he had a bomb.
Turns out, he had jars of gumbo and no bomb. 61-year-old David Harold Hudson was allegedly harassing customers at the bank, and bank officials asked him to leave.
Pascagoula Police tell NBC33 News the man had a bag filled with mason gars - all had some sort of food or gumbo inside.
Employees say he's always at the bank and has a reputation for harrassing customers there. He's facing charges, and he's locked up in the Pascagoula Jail.
