BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) – Jermaine “Spike” Williams was convicted of Second Degree Murder last week, stemming from a 2002 shooting death of a woman.
Williams stalked Tyneisha Raymond, a 25 year-old mother of four, into a Lake Providence grocery store on Oct. 21, 2002; Williams was a father to one of her children. He beat, chased, and shot her six times as she tried to flee. She passed away in the store.
According to state law, Williams will receive life in prison without possibility of probabtion, parole, or suspension of sentence.
