A plea deal has been reached in the Southern band hazing case.
East Baton Rouge District Attorney, Hillar Moore, said that the seven former students will plead guilty to hazing and conspiracy to commit second degree battery.
The sentences aren't final, but Moore said, they will probably get probation.
The seven are accused of beating two fellow band members so badly during a hazing ritual, the students were sent to intensive care.
