BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) -- THIS IS AN NBC33 NEWS UPDATE: Cassey D. Feast, 19, was
arrested early this morning for the shooting of Dexter Lee, 19. Lee was found shot to death inside of a vehicle that was found abandoned in a parking lot at a BREC Park on January 25, 2011 in the 1300 block of Spanish Town Rd.
Feast was charged with Second Degree Murder, Illegal Use of a Weapon and placed in East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
ORIGINAL STORY: A 19-year old was found shot to death in a car this morning. The body of Dexter Lee was discovered on Spanish Town Road in a BREC Park early this morning.
Baton Rouge Police Officers were called to the scene to investigate an abandoned car. Lee was located in the car and had died from multiple gun shot wounds. Investigators are looking for any information related to this shooting.
We talked to Lee's family today. They say he was the father of 2-year old Dexter Jr. They hope anyone with information will come forward soon so they can have answers.
