NEW ROADS, La. (WVLA) The man accused of brutally murdering his girlfriend a year and a half ago heads is back in court.
Larry Snyder faces 2nd degree murder charges for the July 2009 slaying of his then girlfriend Davina Chapman.
Chapman's body was found underneath the 4-mile bridge in Pointe Coupee Parish.
Snyder's trial was originally scheduled for October 12th through the 16th, however lawyers decided to postpone it. A A news team is at the courthouse. Tune into NBC 33 news at 5 for the latest developments.
