On Friday, LSU University Recreation hosted its inaugural golf tournament.
The 18 hole tournament began at 8 am. There was also several mini competitions throughout the tournament such as longest putt , and longest drive.
Proceeds benefitted the LSU UREC foundation. This foundation enables LSU students to attend conferences and workshops, and pays financial assistance.
The tournament was one of many events on the calendar for Homecoming week.
