Halloween is upon us, but some Baton Rouge residents think its safer not to trick or treat.
Halloween festivities have lots of people getting themselves and their kids ready to go door to door, but with the crime that has increased recently in Baton Rouge, it has some parents re-thinking Halloween.
Mary Elzy and her family have a safe and fun way to spend Halloween by building your own haunted house.
With a few cob webs here and there, and some caution tape, kids can still enjoy dressing up in costumes at their own houses.
