Our Lady of the Lake and the Capitol Area Agency on Aging kick off 'Your Life, Your Health' seminars this week. The first seminar will be this Thursday, October 14th at 9am and will continue every Thursday through November 18th. 'Your Life, Your Health' will address specific concerns of older adults with ongoing health issues and their caregivers. Registration is required.
