DENHAM SPRINGS, La (WVLA) - A different type of park is on it's way to Denham Springs - and organizers need your help.
Construction has begun on Kidz Korner. It's a park that's handicapped accessible.
There's only 4 other parks of it's kind in the state.
The project has been in the works for over 4 years - and organizers need help building all week long.
The big construction days are Friday and Saturday. If you'd like to help - show up at the park on the corner of Government Drive and River Road. That's near the Denham Springs Municipal Building. You can also email wallends@bellsouth.net [1]
