BATON ROUGE (NBC33) — The Storm Prediction Center has placed east Texas, Louisiana, south Arkansas, and southwest Mississippi under a "slight risk" of severe weather.
South Louisiana will see the line of storms arriving after midnight and lingering through predawn.
The primary, storm threats will be gusty wind and heavy rainfall. Although, hail and isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out.
