BATON ROUGE (WVLA) - The Lieutenant Governor, along with several other races and issues are on tomorrow's ballot. But analysts say only 20 percent of voters could show up and vote.
According to the Secretary of State's Office - only 67,897 ballots were cast in early voting. Kirby Goidel is a Political Scientist at LSU. He says that's an indication of how low the turnout might be.
Goidel blames the high number of elections in the State, combined with the confusion that comes with so many lesser-known candidates.
