BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Baton Rouge Police report that LSU running back Jaryl Brazil is once again in trouble with the law.
On Nov. 23, around 6:00 a.m., Brazil allegedly entered an apartment on West State Street where two people were sleeping. Brazil reportedly stole money from the residence.
Officers say Brazil acted alone, and they are unsure at this time if he knew the people who lived in the apartment.
LSU spokesman Michael Bonnette announced today that Brazil is no longer a part of the LSU football program.
The former Tiger running back tweeted "Pray for me" December 4.
