BATON ROUGE, LA — Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre’s second Land of the Sweets Tea will be Sunday, December 1 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Boudreaux’s, at 2647 Government St.
The Land of the Sweets Tea is an interactive experience geared toward elementary-aged children and their families.
At the tea, guests interact with characters from BRBT’s original The Nutcracker—A Tale from the Bayou, including Clara and the Nutcracker, while enjoying sweets and finger foods. Both children and the characters will indulge in craft-making, photo opportunities and dance lessons.
Advance tea tickets are $30 each or $250 for a table of 10 and can be purchased by calling the BRBT office.
Advance tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, November 27 at noon. If available, tickets may be purchased at the door for $40. Seating is limited. Guests are encouraged to bring their cameras.
