People got to learn Louisiana stories, and talk discuss what to read next!
Event goer Laura Savage says the fest helps people share their loves of books and reconnect as a community.
"I think it's critical for the survival of the community. We're in our own lives every day we forget that there is other people that liver here too. Things like this are just a great way for the community to get back together and interact with each other," Savage said.
