BATON ROUGE (WVLA) - Superintendent of Education Paul Pastorek says he won't take a $22,000 scheduled raise.
Pastorek says he's sticking with his $377,000 pay package.
Members of the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education spent hours in a private meeting with the Superintendent Wednesday evaluating his performance.
Pastorek has come under fire for his salary and his spending at the education department.
