BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — A 17-year-old is being held on a $60,000 bond for allegedly posting a sexually explicit recording on his Facebook account.
According to the arrest report, the Baton Rouge Police was contacted by the victim’s mother. She told investigators that her juvenile daughter was recorded having sex with Raheem Lemieux and he posted it online.
The teen explained that she participated in sexual activity with Lemieux in June 2013. What she did not know is that he recorded the entire encounter on his cell phone and later uploaded it to Facebook.
Unaware of the video, the victim’s mother was notified by a friend who viewed the online footage.
Lemieux was arrested and charged with Indecent Behavior with Juveniles and Pornography Involving Juveniles. He was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
Although this victim did not know she was being recorded, many willingly provide sexually explicit material to others via text messages.
