CNN — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has unveiled a smartphone app with which the public can give authorities information on suspected child sexual predators, including those who are fugitives.
The new app will feature photos of unidentified "John Does" and ask the public to help identify them, ICE said.
Also, the app will offer photos of fugitives and solicit assistance in trying to find the suspected child predators for criminal prosecution, ICE said.
ICE was scheduled to announce the new app at a news conference in Miami.
