BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Another board member for the struggling CATS system has turned in his resignation, NBC33 News has confirmed.
Ryan Heck has stepped down from the board stating that he has achieved the goals he set out to tackle and it’s now time for him to leave his post.
Heck will continue to serve in his position until his replacement is found.
This is the fourth CATS board member to resign in recent months, as well as former CEO Brian Marshall.
