BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Our Losing it in Louisiana contestants are getting prepared for their third weigh-in, but one team is switching things up this week. The trainer is now the trainee.
Lake Johnson went from trainer to trainee. Lesa Coberly, Lake's Losing it in Louisiana contestant, took the reins as the trainer, and Lake said Lesa was tough.
"It was a little more difficult than I thought. I knew it was going to be bad because I torture her three days a week, but it was really hard," Johnson said. "I think she had a lot of fun doing it. She added about 15 reps and about 30 pounds to everything I ever gave her and gave it to me."
Lake said the hardest part...
"When she sat on the piyo box and made me push her all the way down there and then do 30 mountain climbers and push her back," Johnson said.
Lesa said, even though she trained Lake pretty hard, she looks up to her coach.
"It just showed me that we're she's at, I would like the be there," Coberly said. "I'd like to be able to do what I just made her do. I don't think I'm there yet, but I know she's going to get me there."
"I cannot wait until I train her again. It is going to be brutal for what she did to me," Johnson said.
The contestants will be facing their next weigh-in this week. I'll have their results next time on Losing it in Louisiana.
